📍 Department: Department of Medicine V – Professorship of Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases & Pulmonary Research

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate primary mammalian cells & 3D organoids; perform viral/bacterial cultures; run reporter & infection assays
- Conduct flow‑cytometric immunophenotyping and cell sorting for human/murine samples
- Prepare histological tissue sections and manage molecular biology workflows (PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, pre‑sequencing prep)
- Mentor experiments from PhD candidates, support lab organization, and document results (Excel, Word)
What We’re Looking For
- Completed vocational training (MTA, MTLA, CTA, BTA, or equivalent) with experience in biomedical experimental research
- Proficiency in cell biology, primary cell isolation, 3‑D culture, flow cytometry, and molecular techniques
- Fluency in German & English, strong teamwork, autonomy, and organizational skills
