Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in Lung Organoids and Tissue Engineering for Advanced Diesease Modeling
Join us at the Professorship of Lung Organoids and Tissue Engineering for Advanced Diesease Modeling at Justus Liebig University Giessen.
🗓️ Full-time, fixed-term until 31 Dec 2027 (TV-H 9a).
📌 Responsibilities: Ex vivo cellular and molecular biological analyses of samples from animal experiments, In vitro cell culture, assistance with laboratory organisation and management, assistance with animal experiments and management of a mouse colony
🛠️ Must have MTA/MTLA/CTA/BTA training or equivalent, practical experience in cell culture, ideally with 3D cultures or organoids, practical experience in molecular biology techniques (e.g. PCR, qPCR, Western blot), experience with tissue preparation and histological techniques, animal experimentation
