Researchers from the Justus Liebig University Giessen and Research Center Borstel evaluated the use of the BPaL regimen (bedaquiline, pretomanid, and linezolid) as a rescue/bridging therapy to manage intolerable side effects of the standard HRZE regimen in patients with drug-sensitive TB.
